The finalists of The Housebuilder Awards 2024 have been announced, featuring a wide range of companies, small, medium and large.
Taylor Wimpey leads the way with five finalists including in Best design for three storeys or fewer and Best marketing initiative.
Bellway and Keepmoat have four finalists with both competing in Best staff development initiative and The Housebuilder Star Awards.
Redrow has three finalists including Best customer satisfaction initiative, as does Barratt including two appearances for Barratt London.
Several companies boast finalists in two categories including English Estates, Hill, Weston and Vistry as well as SME firms including Lioncourt, Riverside and Millbank.
Once again, a significant number of smaller firms are in the running for the Awards, including ROSE, Pocket Living and Backhouse.
