<p><span>The finalists of The Housebuilder Awards 2021 have been revealed with Vistry Group, Barratt and Taylor Wimpey performing strongly.</span></p> <p><span>Vistry leads the way with finalists in five categories – Best regeneration initiative, Best training or recruitment initiative, Best retirement scheme, Best design for four storeys or more and The Housebuilder Star Award.</span></p> <p><span>Taylor Wimpey and Barratt each have four finalists. TW is in the running for Best customer satisfaction initiative, Best marketing initiative, Best training or recruitment initiative and Sustainable housebuilder of the year. Barratt also features in Sustainable housebuilder while Barratt London is listed in the Best design for four storeys or more and Best regeneration initiative.
