They focus on all aspects of the industry and have become the foremost awards for developers and suppliers looking to innovate in housebuilding.<br/><br/>The industry continues to enjoy a favourable market and build rates are increasing – the key is to supply the new homes that the country needs but to maintain the high quality demanded by home buyers. <br/><br/>The Housebuilder Awards celebrate those who are striving to improve standards in all areas of the industry.
