I hope that I can now relate to all levels within the industry, as I&amp;’ve been there and done that, but tend to wear the suit now rather than the t-shirt!</p><p><b>Favourite project and why?</b><br>City Hospital, aka Greenbank Village, in Edinburgh. Huge project of more than 400 homes for Cala.
