Homes England chair Peter Freeman will address the industry at this year’s HBF Policy Conference in London on May 12th.
Freeman will discuss the work of HE and how it can partner with industry to increase the supply of quality new homes in England.
He joins a strong line up of speakers at the conference which will focus on the key issues facing the industry, the outlook for the market and the view from the City.
Connells Group ceo David Livesey and Lucian Cook, director of residential research at Savills, will give their individual views of the housing sector and new homes market, while Mark Aedy, head of EMEA and Asia at Moelis & Co, will provide insight in terms of how the sector is perceived by the City and investors.
With so many significant issues facing the new homes sector this year, HBF executive chairman Stewart Baseley will give the strategic overview of what is happening, what government initiatives mean for the sector and the likely implications for housebuilders of a range of challenges.
