<b><b>Is it time you started to market and sell your properties through the new media of PCs and CDs? Several new initiatives are coming on line which will provide a new vehicle for your sales effort. Allison Heller looks at some of the options</b></b><br><b>Dot.com collapse or not, some undeterred digital media protagonists are turning home computers into virtual real estate agents by opening up the internet and digital media as a direct selling avenue for new houses. </b><br>Glorious terms such as &amp;“promises to revolutionise&amp;” and &amp;“embracing 21st century marketing techniques&amp;” are being bandied about by the New House Register which is about to launch its wares onto the market. <p></p><p> New House Register CDs will hit the shelves of major supermarkets across the UK in December. The CDs will provide, among other things, interactive advertisements for new housing developments, some in the form of lifelike, three-dimensional, scale mock-ups. Users will be able to stroll through the streets, zoom in on a particular house, even check how much sunlight a plot of land will receive during mid-winter through animated shadow diagrams.
