And no small measure of this is the vast number of exhibitors who will be flaunting their flames at Hearth && Home, the industry's trade exhibition in Harrogate early next month (June). As with so many features of modern homes, minimalism seems to be the modern fireplace design flavour. <p></p><p><b><b>Discreet</b></b><br> Tracey Strudwick, partner at Petra Hellas, designer and manufacturer of the more avant garde fireplaces in timber, marble and stone, says: &"The trends are moving to more natural, simple lines. 'Discreet' is the current feel for fireplaces.
