HCA reveals GBB2

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has announced the shortlisted schemes for the second round of the government's Get Britain Building initiative.<br> <br> The second round, the threshold for which was lowered to schemes of 15 homes, received 162 expressions of interest. HCA assessed the projects in terms of value for money, deliverability and fit with local priorities. Now the 105 shortlisted schemes will be invited to enter a due diligence process before contracts are signed. <br> <br> The shortlist includes Kaleidoscope, a Crest Nicholson project delivering 129 new homes in Cambridge and Beddows Road in Walsall, a Lovell Partnerships' 42-home scheme.
