The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has published its latest list of sites that it will release for development.<br> <br> Under the Land Development and Disposal Plan, the HCA gives details of public land that it anticipates bringing forward for housing or commercial development or disposal up until March 2015, giving the site's location and information about its landholdings and expected disposal dates.<br> <br> HCA said that in disposing its land, it aimed to be "transparent about landholdings and disposal principles and selling in a way that creates a level playing field for potential end users."<br> <br> Sites include: Shearway Business Park, Folkestone, Kent; Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin; and Clay Cross, Plot H, Coney Green Business Park, Chesterfield.<br> <br> HCA has also revealed that the number of market homes it started in 2012/13 rose 171% to 15,028 from 3,938 in 2011/12. Meanwhile its market home completions dropped 21% to 5,153 over the period.
