The House Builders Federation is to launch a new website in February next year promoting new homes for sale. <p></p><p> The site, www.new-homes.co.uk, will give purchasers information about the availability of new homes while increasing hits for members&amp;’ websites and boosting site visits and sales.</p><p>HBF says the site will be the most comprehensive list of solely new homes for sale. </p><p> Potential purchasers will be asked to input minimal search criteria - location, price and bedroom requirement. Matching developments will be displayed in a way that does not favour any particular developer.
