The Home Builders Federation is set to host a webinar on the latest new build insight and market forecasts, this Friday May 17.
Taking place between 12.30pm and 1.30pm, HBF’s new build market insights webinar, available to members, will harness expert knowledge to inform business activity, whether attendees are part of a senior management team or work across sales and marketing.
The webinar, hosted by David O’Leary, HBF’s executive director, will feature industry speakers including those from the wider housing market and mortgage sector. It will also include views from housebuilders and new build customers.
Speakers will examine the current market, review the latest forecasts and break down buyer profiles to discover what the data says about the sales pipeline.
Attendees will hear from industry experts, including:
- Emily Williams, director of residential research, Savills
- Chris Kiely, national account manager at New Homes for Sale
- Craig Hall, director of New Homes Financial Services at LSL Financial Services
- Laura Markus, policy and external affairs manager at the HBF
