The Home Builders Federation is to host a live Q&A webinar for SME housebuilders on the biodiversity net gain requirements which come into force on April 2.
The session – which will be held from 12.30pm to 1.30pm on Friday April 5 - has been tailored to support developers of small sites in understanding the requirements, the guidance available, and the steps they can take to achieve BNG.
Attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions to HBF’s BNG lead, Rachel Danemann, and principal advisor on net gain at Natural England, Nick White. Both panellists have been involved in shaping the emerging practice guidance.
Danemann, who is regional planning manager at HBF, and White will speak at the event.
So if you have outstanding questions on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and what the mandatory small site requirements mean for SME home builders join this live Q&A for an opportunity to discuss the small sites metric and put forward your questions.
