HBF Policy Conference – early booking until this Friday

<p>Tickets for the HBF Policy Conference – which is set to discuss and analyse the many challenges facing the industry this year – are on sale with the early booking rate available until this Friday April 14.</p> <p>The annual conference will take place at One Wimpole Street, London, on May 11 against a backdrop of changes to planning policy, the end of Help to Buy, an evolving political landscape and a Competition and Markets Authority study, as well as building safety, the New Homes Ombudsman and the ongoing nutrients issue.</p> <p>At this year’s conference, Stewart Baseley, HBF’s executive chairman, will give a strategic overview of the entire housebuilding picture, what it means for the industry and the likely impact for housebuilders. Former Conservative party chairman and housing minister Brandon Lewis will look at the political landscape and what it means for the industry. </p> <p>On the market side, Connells Group ceo David Livesey, Savills director of residential research Lucian Cook and Savills associate director Emily Williams will offer insight into what is happening, including within the new homes sector market.
