<p>Tickets for the HBF Policy Conference – which is set to discuss and analyse the many challenges facing the industry this year – are on sale with the early booking rate available until this Friday April 14.</p> <p>The annual conference will take place at One Wimpole Street, London, on May 11 against a backdrop of changes to planning policy, the end of Help to Buy, an evolving political landscape and a Competition and Markets Authority study, as well as building safety, the New Homes Ombudsman and the ongoing nutrients issue.</p> <p>At this year’s conference, Stewart Baseley, HBF’s executive chairman, will give a strategic overview of the entire housebuilding picture, what it means for the industry and the likely impact for housebuilders.
