HBF has appointed Dean Finch, Greg Hill and Mark White to its board.
The three senior figures represent “very different types and sizes of housebuilding businesses”, HBF said.
“Their combined experience will support HBF’s strategic work as it works to create a policy environment that will allow housebuilders of all sizes to play their part in helping the government meet its ambitious housing targets.”
Finch, as ceo of Persimmon, represents one of the country’s largest housebuilders, with a proven track record of driving operational and commercial success across major UK businesses.
Hill, deputy ceo of the Hill Group, has deep experience in high-rise development and a proven track record in driving sustainability and social value across major urban projects.
And as md of Bargate, White offers the perspective of a leading SME builder. He began at Bargate more than 20 years ago as its first employee and now leads the five-star rated SME which delivers a significant proportion of affordable housing.
These appointments follow the retirement of John Tutte, chairman of Bellway, from the HBF board. He steps down after ten years of dedicated service.
