Taylor Wimpey ceo in waiting Jennie Daly and Storey Homes md Katy Jordan will be appointed to the HBF board in the coming months.
Daly joined Taylor Wimpey from Redrow in 2014 as UK planning director rising to become group operations director. It was announced in February that she would take over as ceo from Pete Redfern at the end of this month. She has a wealth of experience in the housebuilding industry and, in her current role, oversees the land, planning, design & technical, production and supply chain functions, in addition to managing the Taylor Wimpey Logistics business. Daly is also currently a non-executive director of the Peabody Trust.
Jordan has more than 25 years’ experience in residential development, both with plcs and privately-owned developers. She is managing director of Storey Homes and has previously worked as a quantity surveyor and served as a board director at Countryside Properties.
Both also represent the housebuilding industry on the New Homes Quality Board, the independent body tasked with driving up quality and service levels for new build buyers.
