<p><span>Gráinne Gilmore has joined strategic property consultancy Cluttons as its head of research.</span></p> <p><span>Gilmore has more than 20 years’ experience writing and commenting on property. Most recently she was Zoopla’s head of research where she provided market-leading property analysis and insights on residential sales and rental markets.</span></p> <p><span>Previously to this, Gilmore was head of UK residential research at Knight Frank for eight years. Here, she led a team working on all aspects of residential sales and rental and residential development, as well as the specialist Build to Rent, student and later living housing sectors.</span></p> <p><span>Before her time at Knight Frank, Gilmore was a financial and economics journalist at <i>The Times</i> for 11 years.</span></p> <p><span>At Cluttons, she will lead residential and commercial research while growing the company’s insights for clients.</span></p> <p><span>Gilmore said: “I am delighted to join such a well-established and highly respected business as Cluttons.
