Future Homes Conference open for bookings

The Future Homes Conference 2026 has opened for bookings with the event set to feature an Innovation Zone for the first time.

The conference, taking place on December 2 2026 at the QEII Conference Centre, Westminster, comes at a “pivotal moment” for the housing industry, according to the Future Homes Hub, the conference’s organiser, with the government working together to deliver high-quality sustainable homes at pace, while tackling viability, affordability and infrastructure issues.

Jill Rutter, former senior civil servant and senior fellow at UK in a Changing Europe, will chair this year's conference. More than 600 senior leaders from government, housebuilding, housing associations, local and mayoral authorities, financial institutions and the wider supply chain, are set to attend to hear about the practical partnerships, innovations and policy developments needed “to unlock sustainable growth”.

In a mix of keynote presentations, panel discussions and interactive breakout sessions, the conference will explore the government’s housing ambitions, the latest progress on delivering sustainable homes and the long-term roadmap for the sector.
