Stephen O'Brien, md at Wolsey Securities, is only too aware of the challenges that developers face in securing senior debt funding at the present time.<br> <br> Wolsey offers senior debt and bridging finance up to £20million for individual schemes or companies. For the right schemes, Wolsey's funding will equate to 55% of GDV for senior debt, and 70% of GDV for bridging finance.<br> <br> With competitive and flexible terms running alongside the existing mezzanine lending products from Wolsey, this is an important development to help bolster the market, Wolsey says.<br> <br> "There has been such a demand from housebuilders, it was important to respond," says O'Brien.
