He is now enjoying life at the helm of housebuilder Swan Hill. Ben Roskrow talks to him about new niches, potential takeovers and, of course, beer </b></b><br><b><b></b> Swan Hill chief executive John Theakston is not the sort of man who gets ruffled over a bit of press speculation about hostile takeovers of his company. In fact he doesn't come across as the sort of man to get ruffled by anything much. </b><br><b>Recent large share trading in Swan Hill has fuelled speculation that someone is moving into a position to buy the company, a move that would fit in well with the structural rationalisation underway in the industry. In recent weeks there have been two big movements of Swan Hill shares.
