<b></b>An innovative project by aircrete manufacturer Thermalite, in conjunction with Gleeson Homes (North East), has been accepted as one of the Housing Forum's demonstration projects. <br>The project will consist of nine three-and-a-half-storey town houses constructed on a brownfield site and aims to maximise the benefits of the thin joint masonry system and large format products developed by Thermalite.<p></p><p><br> </p><p><b><b> Wimpey ups sticks to Bucks </b></b><br> Wimpey is to move its offices from Hammersmith in west London to High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire following the restructuring of the company. The firm's new structure of 21 regional businesses under the merged Wimpey and McLean is complete. Nine regional offices have closed and 435 management and administrative jobs lost.</p><p></p>
