The Future Homes Hub is to run its first annual conference this November, helping to bring the industry together to discuss the changes facing the new homes sector in the drive to net zero.
The conference “will provide a forum for industry-wide collaboration and discussion at an important moment” according to the Hub’s chair, Barratt Developments’ ceo David Thomas.
It will be held at The IET, Savoy Place in London on Wednesday November 22, and will bring together all players in the sector to encourage collaboration to navigate the challenging path ahead.
The Future Homes Hub was set up to develop a long-term delivery plan for the new homes sector in line with the government’s net zero and wider environmental targets. Its first annual conference will create a vision and view of the roadmap ahead and highlight the key challenges and potential solutions creating a sense of shared purpose in the industry.
