In the words of Jeremy Harrall, Elmhurst is the “credible” tag to all of the data that the partnership is collating for the Autonomous House and rest of CaNeBuZo. Elmhurst has 95% market share in its field, says operations director Gavin Dunn, above. “Elmhurst became involved [with CaNeBuZo] off the back of another project Gerry was working on,” he says, telling the Elmhurst side of the story. “The development was passed onto us. By November 3 of last year, the three-way partnership was formed, with SHDC wanting to be very proactive in sending out its green credentials.” On a separate note, Dunn has a good view of the SAP and EPC market and has seen that although the market has halved, overall SAP compliance has improved. “At the moment there are 30,000 SAP calculations to 150,000 homes,” he says. “As for EPCs, the number of them has stabilised since December. We’re currently doing 15,000 of them a week.” <br>
