Easy Stair is a lightweight temporary staircase which makes life on site much easier, by reducing the need to climb up and down ladders during the early stages of construction, says manufacturer Safety Platforms. <br> <br> Easy Stair also improves safety by removing the need for site personnel to climb ladders to upper floors whilst carrying tools or materials for such tasks as first-fix joinery, window installation and insulation to mention just a few. <br> <br> Weighing only 23kg, the aluminium stair unit is easily lifted into position and secured to the upper floor by two screws, Safety Platforms explains. The guardrails simply drop in to position.<br> <br> Easy Stair in conjunction with stairwell edge-protection ensures stairwells not only provide easy access but are much safer from the start of the building process. <br> <br> The stairs are 600mm wide and suit floor to floor heights ranging from 2.65m to 3.05m.<br> <br>
