It claims to have the lowest site wastage rates in the industry and the widest choice of clay colours available. <br> <br> The Dreadnought range covers both machine-made plain clay tiles and the new Handformed range plus a full suite of matching fittings.<br> <br> European standards require plain clay tiles for UK use to withstand 100 freeze/thaw cycles (Method D of EN 539-2:2006). The company says it tests its tiles to 400 cycles to better reflect the performance required of clay roofing tiles in this country.<br> <br>
