Liverpool City Council has appointed David Wilson Homes as lead developer of the its largest Pathfinder area - the 300-acre City Centre North section. “We shall lead a consortium of builders to deliver several thousand new homes and community infrastructure within our allocated section and will be working with the Liverpool Housing Trust and Liverpool City Council to provide affordable housing within that total,” said David Wilson Homes North West md David Shard. “We are delighted to be a major player in the regeneration of Liverpool.”
