<p><span>Dandara has appointed a new chief executive and board as the private company expands.</span></p> <p><span>Trevor Dempsey has become boss of the housebuilder, which builds in South England, Jersey, the Isle of Man, Wales and Scotland. Dempsey joined Dandara in 2020 as md of the Northern Home Counties division; previously to this he held similar roles at Linden Homes and Bovis Homes. He has 25 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry.</span></p> <p><span>He will lead the newly formed board - overseeing the operations of the company’s residential property development divisions – supported by Chris Harris as divisional md and divisional finance director James Horne. Harris is former md of Dandara South East, joining in 2019 from Linden Homes.
