Croudace promotes Adrian Watts to deputy ceo

<p><span>Croudace Homes has appointed Adrian Watts as its new group deputy chief executive.</span></p> <p><span>Watts has been promoted to the post after joining the housebuilder in December 2019 as md of the North Thames region. He started his career as a surveyor, moving onto several high level positions at major housebuilders including board level appointments.</span></p> <p><span>He said: “</span><span>I’m excited about this new opportunity and I look forward to helping the company navigate the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, whilst upholding our core values and our position in the top echelon of housebuilders for safety, product quality and customer service”.</span></p> <p><span>Russell Denness, Croudace’s gr</span><span>oup ceo, said:</span><span> </span><span>“Through his considerable experience Adrian brings a wealth of technical skills and leadership ability to the business.
