Crest’s Chris Tinker to retire

<p><span>Crest Nicholson’s Chris Tinker is to retire after more than 30 years with the business.</span></p> <p><span>Tinker, chairman of major projects and strategic partnerships and recently interim ceo, will stand down from the board on December 31 2019, Crest Nicholson said.</span></p> <p><span>He joined the business in 1988, holding a number of senior roles including md of Crest Nicholson Developments and regeneration chairman.</span></p> <p><span>As chairman of major projects and strategic partnerships, he has overseen much of the group’s £5 billion regeneration and strategic land interests. This year he was interim ceo until Peter Truscott took up the </span><span>leadership </span><span>role.</span></p> <p><span>Truscott, ceo, said: "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Chris for his long and dedicated service to Crest Nicholson and his exceptional contribution as a business leader and board director. We wish him a long and happy retirement."</span></p>
