Crest Nicholson is restructuring into two separate regions. A new eastern region in Brentwood, Essex, will be responsible for projects in East Anglia, Essex and the Thames Gateway. The new eastern md is James Moody, who was formerly with DTZ. <p></p><p>"This is an exciting new initiative for us and we are confident that our excellent team will make both eastern and Chiltern businesses grow to equal the excellent performance achieved by the current eastern region," said chief operating officer Stephen Stone.</p>
