CRASH sets the pace for 30th Windsor Half Marathon

On October 7 more than 4,000 runners completed the 30th Windsor Half Marathon, including two industry figures who are also part of CRASH. <br> <br> CRASH chairman and Balfour Beatty chief executive Ian Tyler, and CRASH trustee and British Gypsum managing director Mike Chaldecott, were joined by teams from their own companies as well as from many construction competitors.<br> <br> CRASH's development manager Kate Marsh explains: "The Windsor Half Marathon is a hugely important fundraising event for CRASH. Not only is it an opportunity to raise vital funds for the homelessness projects CRASH supports, it is an excellent way for individuals and companies to come together and support their industry charity."<br> <br> CRASH hosted a marquee for the Golden Bond Runners whose marathon entry fees were shared equally between the two benefitting charities - CRASH and the Prince Philip Trust.<br> <br> CRASH is the construction and property industry's charity for homeless people. It is a practical charity that focuses on improving the buildings used by the homeless.<br> <br> www.crash.org.uk
