The chief executive of the Campaign to Protect Rural England is to address the residential development industry at this month's Housing Market Intelligence conference in London.<br> <br> <br> Shaun Spiers has been at the vanguard of criticism of the new draft National Planning Policy Framework which has raged over the summer, and he is expected to explain his opposition to the document at the conference.<br> <br> <br> Spiers is part of a strong line up which includes shadow communities secretary Caroline Flint and Redrow chairman Steve Morgan.<br> <br>
