CPRE boss to address industry at HMI

<p>The chief executive of the Campaign to Protect Rural England is to address the housebuilding industry at the annual Housing Market Intelligence conference in October.</p> <p>Shaun Spiers is set to discuss the CPRE's opposition to the National Planning Policy Framework and is expected to stress that his organisation is neither anti-growth nor anti-development.</p> <p>Spiers joins a powerful line up at the event which is set to include housing minister Grant Shapps, shadow communities secretary Caroline Flint, Redrow chairman Steve Morgan and Sunday Times economics editor David Smith.</p> <p>Tickets for Housing Market Intelligence - which takes place at Savoy Place in London on Wednesday October 12 - are on sale at <a href="http://www.house-builder.co.uk/">www.house-builder.co.uk</a> </p>
