<p><span class="da"><span>Countryside has built upon its partnership with private rental sector (PRS) provider Sigma Capital with a new collaboration agreement to deliver up to 5,000 new PRS homes across England over the next three years.</span></span></p> <p><span>This adds to the two companies’ established partnership under which they agreed through a similar agreement in June 2018 to produce 5,000 PRS homes. These properties have now either been built or are under construction.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Countryside said that it continued to see “attractive” growth opportunities in delivering a mix of private sale, PRS and affordable homes, which supported its ambition to deliver 8,000 homes per annum in its Partnerships business by 2023.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Iain McPherson, Countryside’s ceo, said: "We are pleased to be furthering our long-standing partnership with Sigma Capital, who shares our commitment to delivering high quality, professionally managed rental homes for families across the country.
