Cembrit clads housing scheme

Cembrit cladding has been chosen as part of a new residential housing development at Edwin Court in South Sea, Portsmouth. The development consists of mixed tenure apartments and is situated next to Fratton Park, a mile from the centre of Portsmouth.<br><br>A total of 1200m² of cladding was used in the project. Built by Guiness Homes, the cladding was supplied by Realstone Facades of Chesterfield, Derbyshire and installed by developer Sellars Property Group. <br><br>“We are pleased with what has been achieved with Cembrit cladding on this project,” says John Nolan of Realstone Facades. “The products have delivered a modern look and alongside the stylish appearance, we also have the added security of knowing that the cladding will last through the years and remain looking fresh and new.”<br><br>Cembrit offers a range of natural and man-made roofing slate, cladding panels and corrugated sheet.<br><br><a href="http://www.cembrit.co.uk">www.cembrit.co.uk</a>
