Cedral Weatherboard create New England style development

Marley Eternit fibre cement Cedral Weatherboard has helped to create a New England style development at Valley Park in Rye, Kent.<br> <br> Entire properties as well as a large number of feature walls on the development have been clad in Cedral Weatherboard.<br> <br> Aroncorp, the client for this development, was initially drawn to Cedral Weatherboard because it provided a visually authentic, low maintenance method of creating the popular New England style of architecture, Marley explains.<br> <br> Cedral Weatherboard has a textured surface that echoes the aesthetic characteristics of timber. However, being made from fibre cement means that it provides a long term low maintenance solution – avoiding the need for continual maintenance of the property, Marley says.<br> <br> Each property on the development is clad in a subtly varied shade of Cedral Weatherboard, using a combination of White, Grey Green and Blue Grey, from a palette of 23 colours and four woodstain finishes.<br> <br> <a href="http://www.marleyeternit.co.uk">www.marleyeternit.co.uk</a>
