<p> <span>Castle Green Homes has reported delivering “record breaking results” for the fifth consecutive year.</span></p><p><span></span></p><p></p><p>The Welsh-based housebuilder’s legal completions in the year to March 31 2022 climbed 31.5% against the equivalent period the previous year to 280. Turnover rose 44.5% to £78 million.</p><p><span>Castle Green said it was “tracking ahead” of its five-year budgeted growth plan and was “well on its way” to quadrupling its size by 2025. This follows its management buyout </span><span>of Macbryde Homes in 2020, which subsequently changed its name to Castle Green.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The housebuilder, headquartered in St Asaph, North Wales</span><span>,</span><span> is expanding into North West England, with the business opening a new regional office in Preston Brook, Cheshire, during its reported financial year. The office “has the potential” to accommodate 70 employees and aids further expansion in the region, Castle Green said.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The company’s other highlights over the past year include retaining its five-star status within the </span><a href="https://www.house-builder.co.uk/news/customer-satisfaction-levels-remain-high">National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey </a><span>and completion of the first scheme delivered under the housebuilder’s Partnerships brand.
