Housebuilders are making plans for growth as they continue to report positive trading.<br><br>Barratt intends to deliver around 45,000 new homes over the next three years, reporting a 73.7% climb in profit to £192.3 million during the year ending June 30 2013.<br><br>Redrow is looking to “significantly” increase its output over the next year after its revenue rose 26% to £604.8 million over the year to June. Miller Group intends to up its volumes to more than 2,000 units per year over the next three years.<br><br>Crest Nicholson, reporting on the period May 1 to September 6, said that its open market reservation rates were up 46% annually. Galliford Try returned “record profits” for the year to June, with profit rising from £75.1 million in 2012 to £83.5 million.
