Bovis Lend Lease has teamed up with architect Foster &amp;&amp; Partners on a £7.4 billion plan to build 750,000 homes in Saudi Arabia. The pair is working with Saudi Construction Group, a new company backed by some of the Kingdom’s wealthiest businessmen, to develop a 7 million sq m site just outside the capital. The project is designed to cash in on Saudi government plans to provide a home for every Saudi citizen. The Saudi government believes there is a need for between 3-4 million new homes over the next ten to 15 years. <br>
