<p><span>Bloor Homes has agreed a deal with Seashell Trust to build homes on land in Cheadle Hulme featuring a school for children and young people with profound special needs.</span></p> <p><span>The land sale to Bloor will allow Seashell Trust, a national charity supporting children and young adults with complex learning disabilities, to redevelop the school and campus.</span></p> <p><span>Bloor will deliver 325 new homes, with other features including sporting facilities which will be available to the local community.
