<p>Bewley Homes has recruited more than 50 new staff year this year to support its growth ambitions over the next three years, with the business extending its banking facility and opening a new office in Swindon.</p> <p><span>The housebuilder, which builds in the south of England, has made key appointments across its divisions including in sales and marketing, construction, finance, technical, customer services, commercial and land.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>This substantial recruitment drive supports its plan to grow from a turnover of £155 million this year to £225 million by 2024 while expanding into new regions.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Bewley’s senior appointments include Andrew Driscoll, appointed as land director for the new western region, who will head up land acquisitions and support the region’s growth. Meanwhile, Geoff France has been promoted to eastern land director; he will be tasked with growing the Home Counties’ land opportunities.
