Berkeley Homes East Thames has launched the latest phase of its Thames-side Royal Arsenal development in Woolwich, south London – the Armouries. The six-storey contemporary scheme is a collection of 455 studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, which sits alongside an historic clock tower and carriage works building, which will be converted to 10,000sq ft of commercial and community space, including cafes, bars and restaurants.<br><br>“The Armouries blends modern, contemporary new build homes with stunning existing architecture to create an exciting community,” said Justin Tibaldi, Berkeley’s East Thames md.
