The BBC’s planned 2010 move to Salford, including 1,500 jobs, is expected to invigorate the area’s housing market, boosting demand for high quality new homes. The new BBC centre will be built on a 200 acre site close to the Lowry arts centre (pictured) and Imperial War Museum.
