Barratt praised for innovation

Barratt has scooped one of CABE’s Festive Five accolades, which are awarded to five individuals, public sector organisations and private companies “whose forward-thinking and motivation has led to better buildingsand public spaces.” “The CABE team chose people and organisations who are breaking down barriers and rising to the challenges of providing better buildings and places,” said CABE chief executive Richard Simmons. Judges commented: “The last year saw Barratt employ top quality architects and explore new design solutions, suggesting a growing appetite for innovation in the business.
