<p>Devon-based Baker Estates has promoted development director Graham Hutton to the role of operations director in response to the SME’s growth.</p> <p><span>Hutton, a chartered structural engineer who has 20 years of experience in the industry through national planning and technical posts, has been with Baker Estates since its inception in 2016. Actively engaging in policy development, his new role now includes production, commercial and customer service, adding to his technical, development and planning responsibilities under his former development director role.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Ian Baker, Baker Estates' md, said: “Graham and I have worked closely for over 20 years and he thoroughly deserves this promotion.
