In the July edition of Housebuilder magazine under the article “Results from the private housebuilders” we incorrectly stated that Avant Homes had suffered a pre-tax loss in 2017. This was incorrect.
Avant Homes made a profit in the period of £45 million.
Housebuilder apologises for this mistake and is happy to set the record straight.
