Allison Homes sees 34% homes increase

<p>Allison Homes has seen the number of homes it has built increase 34% in its first financial year under new ownership.</p> <p><span>During the period from October 2021 to September 2022, the housebuilder, which was renamed from Larkfleet Homes </span><a href="http://www.house-builder.co.uk/news/larkfleets-housebuilding-business-sold-pimco">following a management buyout in November 2021</a><span>, built 561 homes on a turnover of £134 million, up 36% on the previous year.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Allison Homes also said it achieved an increase of 131% in the number of affordable homes delivered. During its financial year, it said it also provided more than £2 million of community infrastructure and made donations totalling more than £100,000 to a “wide range” of local charities and community groups in the areas in which it builds.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>And, during the year, it launched a new East Midlands operating region as well as a new apprenticeship programme, supporting 18 recruits.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Last month, the business launched Allison Partnerships, which, group ceo John Anderson said, demonstrated its ethos of building relationships. He added that the company’s new arm was “dedicated to delivering high-quality affordable homes across our operating regions, ensuring that as a company we are building homes for customers in all parts of the market – private, rented and affordable”.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>On …
