HBF Policy conference presents key industry information<br><br>Christopher Hill of RBS Corporate Finance, Richard Donnell of Hometrack and HBF director of economics John Stewart will be updating their extremely well received presentations from last year’s Housing Market Intelligence event when they speak at HBF’s Policy conference later this month. Between the three of them they will be analysing the market from a variety of perspectives providing key information for the industry at this time. Also speaking at the conference will be shadow housing minister Grant Shapps, Homes and Communities Agency boss Sir Bob Kerslake and Michael Coogan, director general of the Council of Mortgage Lenders. The conference, entitled Building towards a brighter future, will be held at the Royal Society of Arts in London on Tuesday March 17. <br><br>The event is designed to bring delegates right up to date with the issues facing the industry, looking at the economy, the market, regulation, planning issues and more. David Pretty will present the findings of the recently published Killian Pretty review of the planning application process while housing expert John Callcutt will give his views on the industry today.
