Aereco DCV – a home that can breathe

Now available from specialist pan-European manufacturer Aereco, is the demand controlled ventilation (DCV) system which the company says has proven to have much lower energy usage than conventional systems whilst providing greater levels of comfort in living areas and eliminating mould and condensation in wet rooms. <br> <br> Aereco claims that DCV is proven to offer big energy savings and a lower capital cost, quicker installation times and, therefore, cheaper on-site costs as well as low maintenance and low operating costs. <br> <br> Aereco DCV systems include humidity sensors on the grilles that automatically react to occupancy so if the occupants are out the system operates on minimum, producing a trickle of air. When the house is occupied the special humidity sensitive grilles react and boost ventilation to suit demand. <br> <br>
