Since 1995 MPW has provided housebuilders with a specialist site insurance protection scheme tailored to their needs, the insurance broker says.<br> <br> Scheme premiums recognise housebuilding as a lower risk than other construction trades and are heavily discounted, MPW says. Cover includes employers and public liability and contractors all risks, and includes substantial health and safety and risk management advice.<br> <br> MPW says that its facility includes many additional cover features that are normally excluded. For example, its cover operates from commencement of build and continues until units are sold, unlike standard policies which cease cover at build completion, MPW claims. Cover is also available for existing structures and part exchange properties. Additional benefits include cover for landscaping, signage and marketing aids. <br> <br> MPW's scheme is underwritten by Allianz and RSA and policyholders can continue to use their current brokers if preferred.
