Alpha has introduced highly innovative products like GasSaver that work in harmony with its high efficiency gas boilers to reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
GasSaver is available built-in to the boiler, of which there are two new models to choose from, or as an add-on unit (pictured) that sits neatly above the boiler. It recycles flue gas heat, using it to pre-heat incoming mains water. With less work to do to heat water to the correct temperature, the boiler therefore uses significantly less gas.
SolarSmart, which has been designed uniquely to work in conjunction with a combination boiler is another example of Alpha's innovative approach to product development. A stored supply of hot water is heated purely using free energy from the sun, with the boiler working only as back-up when required and when there is a demand.
